are the nipples the slow flow or regular?

Regular....I couldn't use the slow flow. I had a preemie, she was only 3lbs. 9oz. the day I took her home. She didn't graduate to regular bottles until 5 months old (we used what looked like hamster bottles from the hospital until she got big enough for regular bottles) she wasn't super strong and couldn't get a thing out of the slow flow. Hope that helps! :o)
