Armpit to armpit is 20", length is 28", across the bust is 19". Right below the bust is a drawstring and tied with a bow, you can't see it on the picture, but you are able to adjust it to your comfort.

The colors are beige, black and brown multicolor, I tried to read the label to say in the description what fabric it is made of but I can't read it, that has worn off the label. It feels to me like it is made of cotton and it is not stretchy. Hope this helps you.
