Hi there, just a quick question, should I win this printer, every cord and software is there...? I noticed the Styrofoam that goes around the printer....is that gone to or d you have bubble wrap to protect the printer before placing the box for shipping...? The only reason I am asking, I won a nice laptop with a 17 inch screen and was boxed and packed very well and the stupid postal service still managed to beak the box open and the manuals have been lost, software back-up disc cracked in half and yes it was with racking and 50.00 insurance, but that does not cover the license for a back-up cd to put windows 7 back on, so I am fighting with USPS. They are trying to tell me it was te shipper's fault which was crock, cause I asked her to take before packing and after packing pics just so I can bust some chops at the post office. Maybe I worry to much..? But if it was not for us US folks, the post office would not be in business. Not like how the postal service worked about 15 yrs or more ago and the sad part is they got us hanging by the puppet strings. And one more thing, did you miss mark the postal coverage money or is that what you actually pit was 4.00..? That's super if you planned that cause with me being on a fixed income and not having a lot of money for shipping....Your pretty AWESOME...! Thanks.
