Great item for history buffs! This deck of cards contains the most wanted members of President Saddam Hussein's government. In the 2003 invasion of Iraq by a United States-led coalition, the U.S. military used these playing cards to help troops identify these individuals.

Thank you! Yeah, this is an exciting auction. This item is just something that you don't see everyday. Deck is in pristine condition. I purchased same year as 911. Hoping that it generates some buzz. If you have ever seen the movie, "Green Zone", it is interesting how the soldier's mission is the elimination of "deck of cards" high-value targets. Also, the movie was filmed in and around Saddam Hussein's former presidential palace. The movie and eventual conclusion that there were no weapons of mass destruction is powerful to say the least.
