This is a mini hot plate like one would use for their coffee, tea or even potpourri to keep them warm. I have pets so I am always concerned when I light a candle in my home, something may catch on fire. With the warmer I can put my jar candle on the warmer and the wax melts and smells wonderful, I can keep reusing the candle - it will last a very long time and no open flame.This warmer is BNIP, but there is a small mark on it near the on/off switch (see pics)
The warmer is also warm enough to keep you coffee or tea warm as well.
