NWOT is this leather look felt backed chain mail & rhinestone hair barrette. Back barrette is 2 inches. Four (4) rows of double brass link chain between rows of hex brass findings and 6 big rhinestones. Measures 6 inches long and 2 inches wide. Very cool hair piece and can be worn on a bun so the chains dangle or just to hold a bit of hair back. Felt is dark brown, almost black. Looks good in costume as well as with jeans, whatever style you choose, including Goth!

I am NOT home right now but I am guessing that yes it does include the chain and the barrette. It dangles really nice.
