Another oddity.

The front opens like a matchbook - but only halfway.

you 'flip' the top up, and reveal the taller soldiers - with the same legs from the original pair.

The back is an advertisement - but it's cut off .

It's stiffer than regular paper but not quite as thick as cardboard. Really wonder what this was originally.
