USPS First Class Letter Meter Rate
While the USPSĀ® rate for a First-Class letter is 49-cents ($0.49), metered clients receive a $0.485 rate.
Note: This rate is effective as of May 31, 2015.

The USPS discount is on all First-Class letters up to 3.5 ounces for metered mail. The $0.485 cent rate is automatically applied when you use a Postage Meter, PC Postage or Permit Imprint. The price of a stamp is $0.49.

Btw. I have about $300 worth of postage already printed onto envelopes, from .35 up to $19.99

I understand, & the best answer I can give you is this - it's the same as if I were losing stamps. I really see no reason why it wouldn't be ok. I've sold many on here & so far no one mentioned any problem using them as of yet.
