haha...I made a brisket a few weeks ago in the slow cooker....these would have been the bomb! alas, I'm "meated" out, lol....too much makes me feel sluggish...these are great, though!

Goodness, last brisket I made was a 5 pounder...know how long that lasted me, my husband and my daughter? Well, let's remove her from the equation as she did not eat a single bite of it....A long time! I made dinners for him and froze them for his lunch...lol...know what I am craving, though? An Irish boiled dinner! :)))
