Smudging is a cleansing ceremony in which sage or cedar is burned and the smoke is fanned onto a person, object, or area.This fan is made with macaw parrot feathers that I won off this listia..All the feathers that I use have been steamed and sanitized.the fan is 10 inches long.This beautiful fan is very colorful and cheerful. The two main feathers are a striking blue on the front side and red on the back side.
This fan makes a beautiful ceremonial smudge fan or an interesting conversation piece.
It also moves smoke very well.
