The listing, Size 5 Mystic Topaz Gemstone and Sterling Silver Ring *BNWT* has ended.

This auction is for a Size 5 MYSTIC TOPAZ GEMSTONE with White Topaz Accents AND STERLING SILVER RING (Please see pics for stamp) This has a 1.5 tcw round brilliant cut Mystic Topaz and Six .15 tcw white Topaz accents. This ring has the love written in all lower case cursive letters over the Main Focal Stone that is also Sterling Silver. This is another remainder from my Brick and Mortar store and is of course BRAND NEW WITH TAGS!

Mystic Topaz:
It is natural colorless (white) topaz that has been coated, giving it a unique rainbow color effect. Therefore, it is not a gem type, but is an enhanced clear topaz. Mystic topaz may be so-called because its attractive changing colors appear deep, mysterious and unusual. Mystic topaz has also been called "fire topaz", "mystic fire topaz", "Alaska topaz", "Alaskan ice", "Caribbean topaz" and "rainbow topaz".

Mystic topaz is natural topaz that has been coated to enhance it, therefore, the beliefs that are attributed to natural topaz apply to it. The ancient Greeks believed that topaz was a powerful stone that could increase the strength of the wearer and even provide invisibility in desperate times. Both the ancient Egyptians and the Romans associated topaz with the Sun God.

I am always looking for small rings....so hard to find.

From personal experience, small rings are harder to make as well. Most of my designs are easily replicated in size 7-9 but smaller than that I literally have to carve a new mold. The larger I choose to create a different mold b/c it doesn't look the same when you put a design on a bigger band so I remodel those molds as well. (Most Jewelers do not but it is a personal choice on our part) So that is why they are so hard to find. That and b/c many little girls wear sizes 4 and 5 and since most people will not pay the bigger dollars for a child ring then commercial jewelers won't put the money into making them. So there is a much longer explanation than you needed but I always people to know WHY it is so hard to find the smaller sizes. Thank you so much for bringing that up because it is so good for everyone to know that. =) ~Namaste ~

I have small wrists to go along with those small fingers. I have to buy child size wrist watches and bracelets. I was lucky to find a nice bracelet on Listia.

The bracelet thing I can understand. God built me with freakishly small wrists and ankles. I need a 5 7/8" which no one makes. So there I can feel your pain.

My wrist is around 5-1/2"....I wore Timex Winnie the Pooh watches for years. I haven't seen those watches around. Never thought about my ankles.

I bought a small Minnie Mouse watch sized for a kid, but the hands don't show the time clearly. So funny we have had to wear kid watches. I have one with a stiff band decorated with butterflys(for a kid). The band is not very comfortable...someday I will find my perfect watch.

That is how I feel as well...someday I will find the perfect watch and bracelet. Until then for bracelets I make ones out of elastic and gemstone beads. =)
