The listing, A Bracelet With Hemp Cord And A Bone Pendant has ended.

Here we have a leather bracelet that is new and unused (not made by me), pendant is made of bone that is unique, brown and black hemp cording, wood beads and a couple of silver acrylic beads that fit from 7 to 9 inch size wrists.

Well the bracelet isn't able to be opened so one side is 3.5 inches which is 7 inches but remember it has to be opened wider to go over the hand then when closed it will be at 7 inches once over the hand.
