not yet just not shutting it down just putting it in sleep mode if I shut it down it doesn't come back up for hours it get stuck in updates

Oh wow. sounds like it has some serious issues. I hope you can get it fixed soon. I'll see if my boyfriend has any suggestions & will inbox you if he does. He rebuilds them all the time. What kind of pc do you have & is it laptop or desktop? Then I'll inbox you after I talk to him:)
