This company has excellent customer service. Has a 30 day guarantee and will give you a prepaid shipping label to return a defective item, then send your replacement free of charge. They also offer refunds, but the refund is returned in the same way the payment was sent to them, so the money would be returned to me. If you receive a defective item you'll need to ask for a replacement. That info should be included in the package, but I can give it to you if needed.

Here is a copy/paste of their return policy. Please remember that, although it mentions a refund or exchange, if you request the refund, the money would come to me, not you. So you would need to request the exchange to receive the replacement. Since the order will be going directly to you, and not sent to me at all, you will have the full 30 day return period from the time you receive your order. All orders have tracking numbers.

You have our word that we will do everything that we can to make sure returning your product is not necessary. Just want to let y'all know if you're afraid to bid on something like this, DON'T BE!!!
I have used GIN for 2 of her comforters (and might do more) They are wonderful!
The first one I used GIN at 10PM on Aug 11 and it was delivered this morning by FED EX!!!! they come in a sturdy zipper see through bag and they are beautiful!
Now I have to say something about the seller: She is top of the line! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE....I have also won 7 magazine subscriptions from her and they were the absolute easiest things I have ever redeemed online. Honestly, within a few minutes of the auction she sent the link...I clicked on it and entered the code she provided...DONE... subscriptions for a year will start in 4-6 wks on most of them. This seller is absolutely the best!!!!
