This company has excellent customer service. They have a 30 day guarantee. They will give you a prepaid shipping label to return a defective item, and then send you a replacement free of charge. They also offer refunds, but the refund is returned in the same way the payment was sent to them, so the money would be returned to me. So your only option if you receive a defective item is to ask for a replacement. That info should be included in the package, but I can give it to you if needed.

Here is a copy/paste of their return policy. Please remember that, although it mentions a refund or exchange, if you request the refund, the money would come to me, not you. So you would need to request the exchange to receive the replacement. Since the order will be going directly to you, and not sent to me at all, you will have the full 30 day return period from the time you receive your order. All orders have tracking numbers.

Return Policy

You have our word that we will do everything that we can to make sure returning your product is not necessary. However, should the need arise for any reason, please call us at 1-800-977-7433 or email us at service@eluxurysupply.com to obtain authorization for a full refund or exchange. Please request this refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

For all returns within the 30 day return period, eLuxurySupply will provide a prepaid return label, but the customer is responsible for fitting the item back into the box provided or finding a suitable box to send the item back in. eLuxurySupply will not be responsible for providing a second box for returns. We will take appropriate action via refund or replacement immediately upon receipt.
