George Glenn Jones (born September 12, 1931) is an American country music singer known for his long list of hit records, his distinctive voice and phrasing, and his marriage to Tammy Wynette.

Over the past 20 years, Jones has frequently been referred to as "the greatest living country singer."[1] Country music scholar Bill C. Malone writes, "For the two or three minutes consumed by a song, Jones immerses himself so completely in its lyrics, and in the mood it conveys, that the listener can scarcely avoid becoming similarly involved."

Throughout his long career, Jones made headlines often as much for tales of his drinking, stormy relationships with women, and violent rages as for his prolific career of making records and touring. His wild lifestyle led to Jones missing many performances, earning him the nickname "No Show Jones." With the help of his fourth wife, Nancy, he has been sober for many years. Jones has had more than 150 hits during his career, both as a solo artist and in duets with other artists. The shape of his nose and facial features have given Jones the nickname "The Possum." Jones said in an interview that he has chosen to tour only about 60 dates a year.

Douglas Jackson Brooks (born June 19, 1956 in Newnan, Georgia) is an American country music artist known professionally as Doug Stone. He debuted in 1990 with the single "I'd Be Better Off (In a Pine Box)," the first release from his 1990 self-titled debut album for Epic Records. Both this album and is successor, 1991's I Thought It Was You, earned a platinum certification from the Recording Industry Association of America. Two more albums for Epic, 1992's From the Heart and 1994's More Love, are each certified gold. Following the latter, Stone made his acting debut in the film Gordy.

Stone moved to Columbia Records to record Faith in Me, Faith in You, which did not produce a Top Ten among its three singles. After suffering a heart attack and stroke in the late 1990s, he exited the label and did not release another album until Make Up in Love in 1999 on Atlantic Records. After it came The Long Way on the Audium label (now part of E1 Music) and two albums on the independent Lofton Creek Records.

Stone has charted twenty-two singles on Hot Country Songs, with his greatest chart success coming between 1990 and 1995. In this timespan, he charted four Number Ones: "In a Different Light," "A Jukebox with a Country Song," "Too Busy Being in Love" and "Why Didn't I Think of That," and eleven more Top Ten singles.

Holly Dunn (born August 22, 1957 in San Antonio, Texas) is a country music artist who first found fame with her 1986 Top-10 hit "Daddy's Hands" from her self-titled début album. Dunn has charted more than a dozen country singles, two of which ("Are You Ever Gonna Love Me", "You Really Had Me Going") reaching the #1 spot.

Dunn is the daughter of a minister father. Her brother is country music songwriter Chris Waters, with whom she has co-written much of her recorded material.

In 2003, Dunn announced her retirement from her musical career in order to devote full time to her other passion, art. Her paintings deal primarily with subjects from the southwestern United States, and are available through the Peña Studio and Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
