Watching! Would you consider sending this as a first class parcel? Items weighing under 13 ounces can be shipped with free tracking and shipping would only cost about $2.50...I'm a single mom so I gotta save where I can!! Thank you!

I send all my packages 1st class with tracking and the minimum I've ever paid was $3.97...I am permitted to add the paypal fee and for packaging materials as well.....

What I'm asking is allowed that's how I ship all of my packages that way under 13 ounces...I don't print my labels from home I go to the post office...first class parcel is offered by the USPS and is completely allowed...Thanks for responding
