No there not fake.....say this auction had a bid of one and someone bid 100 it would only show the high bid of 2 but in order to take the bid you would have to go over there high bid

alexander, listia does the auto bidding itself, a person puts the maximum amount in they want to spend on the item, if you do not bid more then that amount listia will audo bid for the high bidder untill they are back in the lead, if YOU outbid the high bidder then listia would do the same for anyone bidding against you untill your high bid was beaten, but the auction will only go up a little at a time, example, someone put a high bid of 20,000 and the current bid is only at 499 then 499 is what it shows, say you bid 5000 it will look and see someone has a max bid of 20k and up bid minimum bid to outbid your 5000 now if you bid over that maximum bid he made say 22k then you would be high bidder untill someone else outbid your max bid, get it? its not fake people its just how the bidding system works, now that been said this is awsome auction these are VERY hard to find, wether it works or not his GIN is worth it either way very nice
