Yes, it worked fine on my computer, but I'm not sure what you mean by everything being deleted off of it. The only thing on the disc is the game.

did you ever play the game? if not your fine but if you did I was checking if your progress was deleted off the game. so the buyer could start fro the beginning

Game progress is not saved on the disc. It saves on the computer.
