Must have Verified address to bid. It just makes things easier. If you do not, and don't provide me with one within 7 days, I am allowed to keep all of your credits and relist the item.

United States Army. No, not unless you glue it yourself. It's meant for a "floating charms locket," which is a necklace with a locket that opens, thru the window you see the little charms you put inside. If you do a search you'll find some for sale here. They're getting popular, it's nice to personalize them with your own interests. A typical one could hold maybe 9 or so charms.
