Walt Garrison, a member of the Dallas Cowboys 25th Anniversary team, was a durable and dependable back for the Cowboys from 1966-1974, spending his full career with the Cowboys. He collected over 5,500 yards with the team and was selected to the Pro Bowl in 1973.
Aside from being a Dallas Cowboy, Garrison was also a "real" cowboy, and rode on the rodeo circuits; in fact, it was a rodeo injury in 1974 that brought his football career to an end.
