Description

The listing, Semi-Precious Tiger's Eye Gemstone Pendulum has ended.

This Auction is for a Semi-Precious Tiger's Eye Gemstone Pendulum with a Silver tone 7" Chain. This beautiful stone that makes up the Pendulum point is Tiger's Eye measures in at 1 1/2" Long by 5/8th" wide and deep.
How the Pendulum Works
The pendulum can be thought of as an extension of the intuition, since it is used to gain access to information that exists at the subconscious level of the Inner Being. It could be said that it strengthens or amplifies the intuition because it converts the subtleties of the intuition into a more obvious form of physical motion. When you ask a question of the pendulum, it is your own intuition that answers it. The pendulum merely allows you to physically see what the intuition already knows. As an extension of the intuition, the pendulum can give you information from the same two sources as the intuition: from your own subconscious mind; and from your guidance, spirit, or guardian angel. Because of how it operates, the pendulum can only answer questions that are phrased so that the answer is either "yes" or "no".

TIGER'S EYE Tiger's Eye is a stone of protection and was traditionally carried as a talisman against ill wishes and curses. It is both a grounding and uplifting crystal and can encourage feelings of self-worth and confidence in our own abilities. It can promote a positive attitude, assist us in accomplishing our goals and help us to recognize our own talents and abilities.

Tiger's Eye is said to enhance our own personal power, release blocked creativity, and to bring good luck, prosperity, wealth and success.

Thank you very much for taking the time to stop by and take a look. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.

~Namaste

Great auction. Hope to win some more of your great stuff. I was excited to finally win the white jade auction Monday. I had wanted the extra one to meditate with. You must be so busy packing and pulling together all your auctions before you go into surgery.

Thank you so much! I am sure it will be fine. As my hubby has pointed out this is not like the 9 months recovery I had to have from one of my major surgeries where I had to stay at a 90 degree angle and it took 9 months before I could stand straight again. So while I have over prepared it's not going to be as bad as I am prepared for. lol I was a girl scout and married to a Soldier (ret) but my motto is hope for the best and plan for the worst. So it is all going to be fine. Thank you so much my friend. Your wonderful positive attitude is such an inspiration to me. Have a beautiful day! ~Namaste

How awful that a past surgery left you unable to stand straight for 9 months. What type of surgery caused this? My friend had back surgery and it didn't seem to help her much, she is always getting injections for pain.

Well before I got Cancer I had a basketball size tumor that weighted 22lbs rearranged my organs and caused Necrotic Tissue so they had to remove the dead tissue which means they had to take a foot ball sized chunk of skin and tissue out which means I didn't have the ability to stand up we had to slowly stretch the skin I had left slowly bit by bit day by day. It was a freak thing and ALL that was BEFORE cancer so it was just another part of a very long medical fight and it is now it is almost over. God Willing and knock on wood. ~Namaste

What a horrible medical problem you had to deal with even before the cancer. Did the doctors even know what may have caused the tumor? You sure are brave having to deal with so much.

When they first found the tumor no they didn't know where it was even attached but it ended up being attached to one of my ovaries. But it was so large it was pushing my heart and lungs up and it had finally broken through my abdominal wall when I could finally say it hurts RIGHT HERE. lol Up until then they just kept giving me pain killers. It has been a long strange trip it has been. I look forward to the next chapter of my life=) ~Namaste

You would think that the doctors would have been able to locate that tumor sooner.
I hope you are enjoying your chickens and garden.

It was what I call being the victim of the three Fatal F's in American Healthcare. I was Fat, (which I have remedied now that I can move without pain I have lost a total of 179lbs) I had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, which I have now had taken off my medical chart b/c one the tumor was gone I didn't have CHRONIC pain) and I was Female (which when you look at how much more often a woman who presents to the ER with symptoms of a heart attack dies due to mis-diagnosis) So I tell women everywhere that they will listen that if you have those three and you KNOW something is wrong then you must fight to find someone who will listen. So I have to hope that what happened to me was because the Universe knew I might be able to save someone else's life because I am not they type to keep my mouth shut. lol see I just told someone else =) Thank you so much my friend. We have been having a time rebuilding one corner of the coop and it is hot and sticky but with everyone helping we are having so much fun. Have a beautiful night. ~Namaste

How incredible you lost so much weight and have been rebuilding your health. You could almost write a book about your experiences. My friend with the bum back, neck, etc. has Fibromyalgia too. She also has some sort of irregular heart beat that was discovered when getting injections for her back pain. The doctors have her on some many different meds. My other friend and I encourage her to swim with us and this does a world of good...lots of laughter and friendship is the best medicine.

You know you are right a GREAT support system of good friends and family is so very important. Like I was saying the other day when I am in the swimming pool I feel just as capable of movement as I have ever been. I would caution your friend to keep a VERY CLOSE eye on her meds b/c so often Dr's are masking the symptoms and so they are unaware of the disease that is actually causing the problem. I have found so many things such as Red Yeast Rice which can be bought at any health food or herb shop and it treats heart problems (without having to put chemicals in your body) and there are so many example's of herbal choices being so much healthier for the body than the chemicals big Pharma would like to charge us and our insurance companies 100's of dollars a month for. Sorry to get on my Soap Box again. I am just so passionate about how big Pharma companies try to get Natural remedies taken off the market so they can charge more money for something less effective and not natural. Grrrr. LOL Thank you for listening/reading my rants. =) ~Namaste

My friend does try to work with natural herbs, etc. Currently she is exploring essential oils through a program. She asks questions about the meds, etc. One for Fibromyalgia caused her to get dizzy and sweat(she is off that). Her doctors seem to have the upper hand unfortunately. Someone needs to be on the soap box and speak the truth. Non-chemical is certainly the way to go and finding the cause...not just covering it up with tons of drugs.

So many of the Fibromyalgia drugs actually cause so much swelling which makes a person feel even worse. I know that when it comes to all diseases that are knows as CHRONIC pain diseases seem to me to be a Doctor saying I don't know what is wrong with you and unfortunately I don't know what other tests I need to do but I don't want to admit that so at least this gives it a name. Oh I get so angry anymore anytime any Doctor CAN'T Explain things to me. I keep telling people that only in medicine can you call what you do a "practice" and are treated like a professional. lol (Technically it works with lawyers as well tee hee)

It seems the meds have more side effects and they just don't cure anything. These are band-aid techniques that don't get to the cause. There are new doctors that deal with an integrated approach....working with traditional and holistic methods...looking for the cause. Many of these doctors are in far off locations and really extra expensive.

Yes, I have actually gotten to see some docs like that when I first started to get sick because of the business I owned but they don't take insurance and yes they are VERY Good and VERY Expensive!

Well now thanks to the UNaffordable Healthcare Act there will be even less coverage for things like that. Our Insurance use to cover SOME of it and then my hubby's company being a Military Contract company they were among the first to put the employer mandate into effect and suddenly it was considered a "cadillac" plan which meant that the company would be fined 10,000 dollars per employee then our plan went the Hello. We went from a 2,500 deductible to paying MORE (about 5000 a year more) for WAY LESS coverage and an 8,000 deductible. Plus it no longer covers preventative care or all the wonderful benefits like free weight watchers and no chiropractic even. So sadly it's gonna get a lot worse. We figure between the raise in price of the plan and the fact that I have Cancer so we are always going to have to pay the 8,000 dollar deductible we took a pay cut of about 13,000 a year. I know you are from Illinois and I don't mean to offend ANYONE I can only speak to how it affected our family. (I know that our current president was first a Senator from you state and if you are a big fan I wanted to make sure that you know I speak only to how it was detrimental to our family).

How awful that your family is now paying more for coverage and getting less. My cousin in Georgia got a bum deal re: the Obama insurance too. She has a low income and they wanted her to pay for insurance that was more than what she earned. It was cheaper to pay the fine. My hubby is clueless since he worked for the government all his life and we get the better insurance.

That would be why I want anytime congress passes a law that they must live under it. I guarantee you that if they had to live under that 2500+ page law they passed they would never have passed such a horrible bill. I have a lot of friends who are single mother's and they have medicaid for their kids but they are low income and have no insurance for themselves and they also paid the fine because the first year it was only 90 dollars which is much cheaper than paying for an insurance plan. When we retire we SHOULD have Tricare (military insurance) because my husband served in TWO WARS, the first gulf war and the Afghanistan and Iraq for the second one. He also put 22 years into the military. However, now they are talking about doing away with that benefit b/c of Obamacare. We will NEVER get to retire if that happens because that is what we had planned to use as or Medicare supplement. They also have changed the rules so if he EVER steps foot into a VA hospital and uses the services then we will not be eligible for TriCare when we retire. So it ALL a huge mess and I don't know if there is any fixing it. But I can say that 2,500 dollars a year that Obama said every household would save did not happen in OUR house.

You are so right. Your husband served his time and deserves the retirement insurance. What a horrible mess that your family is facing and a lot of others.

It is so many families. I am appalled sometimes that a country that has so many freedoms doesn't take care of those who fought to make sure that those freedoms stay intact. I love the bumper sticker that says, "if you can read this Thank a teacher! If you can read this in English thank a soldier!" Two of the most underpaid and under appreciated professions on our country.

What a great bumper sticker. My husband's sister was a teacher and her daughter is a teacher.
