are these plastic or glass? do you know if these are size 11 ?

Apologies. My descriptions are usually much more informative. These beads are glass. I tried to look up how to tell the size, but I'm not really sure how to measure them. Size 11/0 is supposed to equal 18 beads per inch. Is that side by side, or next to each other as if you were stringing them? I took another pic with a ruler, but it is too late to add any more photos. Looking at them closely, they vary in size from 1.5mm to 2mm across, and from 1mm to 1.5mm thick. These are approximations. Again, sorry forgot the photo with measure in original listing.
