Published in 1956. A sampling of the recipes found in this cookbook include: Green Pea Soup with Sour Cream; Almond Crumb Coffee Cake; Anise Coffee Cake; Spareribs and Sauerkraut; Buttered Noodles; Hot Potato Salad; Parsley Potato Balls; Dark Chocolate Frosting; Apple Pancakes; Stollen; Wiener Schnitzel; and much more! In addition to the English names, the German name of each dish is provided. There is an index which allows the user to find the Hungarian named dish easily. This is a soft cover cook book.
