This is a 1995 Collector's edge Edgetech "Quantum" insert for quarterback BRETT FAVRE of the Green Bay Packers.
These particular inserts combine prism technology with acetate printing methods, and are extremely condition sensitive.

Favre is a legendary Green Bay Packers quarterback who retired with almost every significant passing record. While Peyton Manning is working hard at topping him, Favre is kicking back and waiting for his trip to the Hall of Fame.
