So very lightly gathered, it's nearly flat, bound on one side and scalloped on the other it measures just shy of 3 inches wide. Soft with primary ivory or ecru color, it has the scallop edge with a shimmering turquoise highlight . Very pretty lace. Light floral and and netting design. Soft and not stiff. Smoke free home.
