This is an original vintage 1966 Topps #367 MEL NELSON baseball card.
Nelson was a pitcher with the Minnesota Twins.

Nelson came into the majors with the St Louis Cardinals in 1960 and finished his career there as well, including pitching in the 968 World Series following arguably his best season (2.91 ERA). In between, he pitched with the Angels and the Minnesota Twins, including making 28 appearances with the Twins in 1965.

Great card, looks near mint, but I'm playing devil's advocate - tough grader here, so we'll go with EX-MT.
