Everything I put up for auction has a life time replacement warranty. This includes a replacement of similar design for any reason such as this" is not what I thought" or if the necklace breaks for any reason at all including if it gets caught on something . The only thing that is required is a description of how and where the necklace failed.
As example got caught on a door jam and it broke where the knot was tied . To use warranty just send e-mail from the item's page found on your page in the items won.

The item will be shipped out by first class package post via US Mail. Any auction that goes over 5000 credits will have tracking or winners with more than one auction regardless of ending credit amounts get tracking.
