Easy to use:
Paint your nails with the color of your choice
Cut out the design & plunge into water for 30-40 seconds (or until the decal separates from the backing paper).
Using tweezers or nail tips to place the water transfer in the desired position on your nail
Blot any excess water with a tissue & either wait for 1-2 minutes to set or blast for 30 seconds with a hairdryer
apply a clear coat & allow to dry!
