Oh yay that's really good!!! And yes always something to learn. But there are some cases you have to watch I've only had 2 bad ones so far luckily it was only a few dollars that got taken because they never replied back to me or anything after I paid:/ so I've been watching the feedback. Now can you go on and read the comments of other people's feedback?

Yes & I start by checking the sellers rating.....I lost about only $4.00 I paid a lady to ship the Zippo Lighter I won from her (I collect these) (she was a new member) so it's good to build a good positive rating as soon as possible, when I started using Listia I ran with it to build my rating as fast as possible and all positive and I work hard to keep my rating positive, of course I have been in sales and customer service since 1980 so it's not really all; that hard.

Although customer service is one of my favorite parts of this experience. I count on members to keep me on my toes which they have proven to do, and I work best under pressure so I'm still and always will love it!!!

Yeah I lost $2 for a necklace. But I did the same as you to get positive feedback I have maybe 2 negative because one wouldn't respond to me so I did a refund. And another was my fault because I didn't know you had to give them 7 days to pay shipping but we got that one resolved and talked about it so that was good.

What brand is the diamond tester.? Is there a model number? Very interested in this auction. One last question, any sterling 925? Plated don't count? Lol

It just says Diamond Selector ll and yes there is some Sterling Silver not sure of markings though.....I would look but the box is already packed just have to put todays add in it
