This is for 11 Round Party Balloon Cut Embellishments. They are cut from card stock and fully assembled. Each balloon has a smiling face that doesn't show so well on my scanner, but these are ready to help you decorate your party, whether it be birthday, wedding, 4th of July, or just a Yay for US party! Of course, they can also be used in scrapbooks, on gift tags, and on cards.
