The listing, Cat figurine by Katherine Stevenson has ended.

This is a 3 inch tall cat figurine, she is appx 3 inches tall and dressed in a sailor outfit. I think it is made of porcelain. I have had her for about 20 years, on the bottom it says 1994 BC China. I have done some research and found out that this is made by Bronson Collectibles and is made by the artist Katherine Stevenson and comes from her collection Charismatic Cats.
