Yes, another successful raid on the Old Bat's jewelry cabinet....and I managed to snatch some great stuff for my buds on Listia! Hoo Ray for me....and Hoo Ray for you!!!

This is Classic Avon (from the old days). Egg-shaped locket & chain. The locket originally came with some sort of Avon fragrance thingy inside it. I suppose you could put most anything inside of it, like a lock of hair, or a photo. Anything your heart desires. Well....I'm not sure a Ferrari would fit it there. The heavy chain is 18", plus a 7" extension you can use....or not. The locket is 1 3/4" X 1 1/4". Absolutely outstanding condition!

NOTE: Just for the folks who aren't familiar with the old Doodlebug.....The "Old Bat" is the gal I hitched up with with she was a beautiful young thing...in 1961. That's right...December will be FIFTY years! Now she's a beautiful old thing...my "Old Bat". When you've been married this long, you've earned the right to call each other whatever you want. Heh Heh! I'm her "Old *****"!

If this was gold it would sell for at least $75,000. It's heavy and solid! This is COSTUME jeweley! So, nope, it isn't gold. It's GOLDTONE.....as in gold colored metal.
