The back says:
Up to $10 towards one admission to see any movie, at any showing at participating theaters. Restrictions apply. Offer valid to U.S. Residents age 13 and above. Movie ticket is powered by Fandango Loyalty Solutions.

Code must be activated online. Code must be activated by 8/31/15. Certificate expires 8/31/15.

I will supply all instructions for how to redeem as well as the code needed. You must be able to print certificate and present it at participating theater.

What are the participating theaters? Don't want to bid if they are not close to me.

It doesn't say - you have to log on and register with the code. It runs through fandango though so if the theaters near you work with fandango then it should be fine.
I live in a town with a theatre that's over 100 years old and the second closest is a old drive in that's why I can't use it.
I live in the middle of nowhere Montana.
