Up for auction is a used but in great condition. ZTE AT&T Avail 2.. Z992. It is an android 4.1 operating system it has a 3.5 inch touch screen display and a 2 mega pixel camera. THEIR IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, MY KIDS GOT ME A NEW PHONE.SO I NO LONGER NEED THIS ONE. I will list the complete specifications for the phone below in the comment section. There are no scratches or nicks at all on the screen of the phone. the phone is in perfect condition I have always kept a case on it. There is a charger included with it it is a USB/wall charger.
IT DOES NOT COME WITH A SIM CARD. YOU MUST GET OR HAVE YOUR OWN. as long as it is a regular size SIM card this one does not take a micro or a nano it is a regular sized one. And the phone has been factory reset to all of its original out of package settings. It does not come with a box or any of the booklets. but i will make sure that it is packaged very securely before being sent out to the winner. And again it does not come with a SIM card you must provide your own. This is a pay as you go phone I have never had it on a contract so I am Not sure if you can use it on a contract or not. it has always been used as a pay as you go phone.

well first i am a lady. LOL :+) And it is very costly to ship out side of the U,S but i did update the shipping to add it to everywhere else but their will be a $6.00 fee to help pay for 1/2 of the shipping cost. :+)

And i am pretty sure that AT&T just recently changed their $60.00 a month plan. So instead of getting 2.5 GB of data you now get a whole 4 GB of data. And you still get the unlimited talking and texting that you all ways got with it.

that is the plan that i have and mine did change from 2.5 GB to 4 GB so i am pretty sure it did for everyone on that plan.

It has both. if you have your pay as you go plan then you have your internet connection with your plan but if you don't have any plan on it you can turn the airplane mode on and still get wifi

yes, you bid on it and if someone out bids you. Then you just keep bidding on it until the auction is over. and it is a 10 day auction so it ends on June~25 at about 9 am.
