This is the original magic jack device which you plug into the USB port of your computer to run off the internet and connect the other end to your phone. Its screen was cracked somehow but it still has the original protective sticker over it and when plugged in, it automatically load the program and is ready for service. Its original service is expired but can be re-up for:
