Kids and Grandkids make great excuses for buying things, don't they? I should have grandkids, but instead I am a late mom, I have a 5, 4, and 2 year old... but the older two share a mini ATV they run around our property!

And I am the opposite! I was a teen mom at 18 after getting married at 17!!! Then pregnant right away! Sooo I became a young grandma and #5 is on the way! They don't live in the same city but I see them often! In fact I have two here now for a week while my daughter and her hubby vacation in Costa Rica! Fun times but thank God I started young!!!

I did the career first, then the kids! We are probably roughly the same age! I think both ways have their advantages! I had my first at 36!

No you are still young!!! I became Grammie at 42 and now I am 51! I didn't plan on having kids so young but I guess God did! It was hard as all my friends didn't start early! But I pioneered the way!

I'm 42 now, hubby is 55, everyone thinks we are the grandparents!! My hubby likes to say "I'm old, not dead!" :) Then he gets a laugh when they are embarrassed!!
