U choose 1 locket from the pics posted & then You Customize it your way with 4-5 floating charms of your choice (if in stock) and 6-10 Birthstone crystals. If you choose the dangle loop locket necklace you may choose either 5 floating charms or 4 floating Charms and 1 dangle charm. I do have some zodiac dangles in stock, if interested, leave me a comment with which sign and I'll post a pic.
