This is a 2000 Pacific "Ruby" TONY GWYNN baseball card.
Pacific being a Canadian product, albeit more heavily distributed in the US, "Ruby" cards were the Canadian version of the cards (US version featured silver foil, not red). Some of the cards made it into US distribution through stores owned by Southland Corporation.

Gwynn won 8 batting titles, tying Honus Wagner for second all-time (Ty Cobb won 12). A 15-time All Star, Gwynn was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility (2007).
