This is a 2000 Pacific "Ruby" JEFF BAGWELL baseball card.
Pacific being a Canadian product, albeit more heavily distributed in the US, "Ruby" cards were the Canadian version of the cards (US version featured silver foil, not red). Some of the cards made it into US distribution through stores owned by Southland Corporation.

Spending his whole career with the Houston Astros, Bagwell was the 1991 NL Rookie of the Year and 1994 NL MVP. Despite playing only 15 seasons, Bagwell hit 449 home runs and drove in 159 RBI, an average of 30 HR and 102 RBI per season. A 4-time All Star (during an era dominated by Mark McGwire at the position), he topped 30 HR 9 times and 100 RBI eight times, and has held solid support for Hall of Fame induction.
