1965 Topps was released in several series, with the high number series being the least printed series and hardest to find. Within the high number series, approximately 45 of the 228 cards were short printed, so they are short prints within a short print series, and are particularly hard to come by. This is one of the short prints from the 1965 high number series.

-Linzy pitched 12 MLB seasons, including 7 with the Giants. During an era when "saves' were hrd to come by because of starting pitcher pitching deeper into games, Linzy managed 7 seasons of double-digit saves, including 21 in 1965, and 111 for his career. Coupled with a 62-57 career mark (almost exclusively in relief) and a 2.85 ERA, Linzy was a well known fireballer.
-Bob Schroder played 4 seasons, all with the Giants, as a utility infielder.

Card is in good shape, and would grade excellent or better.
