The vinyl will not stick as well to any oil or waxy surface. Use a little rubbing alcohol to clean the area where the decal will be applied. If you're applying the decal to glass, DO NOT use Windex or other ammonia-based cleaners; the ammonia interferes with the adhesive.

not really. they can I suppose but most everyone is pretty cool here. You List things you want to get rid of, people bid on them for credits, the winner gets the item, the seller gets the credits.

To be verified I think you need to use PayPal, but I have only used PayPal to pay for shipping on items where the seller did not want to pay for shipping. Most items ship for free though.

I know the support people here are amazingly fast and very helpful if you get stuck or can't figure something out. I have only been on Listia for 7-8 months I think.. but I really have a good time and have met lots of very cool people.

Yes, I would. I always do :) and I ship for free, usually within 24 hours, barring holidays and weekends.

You can look at a person's feedback if you are ever worried about trusting them. If they have a lot of positive feedback then others have had good service from them.
