A Skull Pattern Halter Top, tying in the back and neck. The back ties with same material as halter. Straps measure 391/2 in. together and top 21 for a total of 60 1/2 in wide. I got this at a Biker Rally in Charlotte NC where a lady made these. Size I would say up to a 34C at the most or a Medium. I can't wear it now because as I have aged my boobs have gotten larger 34DD, and it is to small. The string around the neck is simply black ribbon with little lines. It is lined with black material. It is cotton. Ask any questions!!!
