This is a truly beautiful and unique hand-crafted cutting board make of walnut and maple.

My favorite wood-working man crafted this - he has been working in wood professionally all his adult life and is known for his skill, talent, sense of design, and the quality of his work.

This is one of a kind . . . he never makes the same design twice. And all the wood he use is what he calls "scraps" from other things he has made.

This has been lovingly (& obsessively!) crafted and repeatedly rubbed with olive oil, which has been allowed to soak into the wood before each new sanding and application. All you need do to keep this in great condition is: use it! Then, when it seems appropriate, rub it with oil again to keep its warm, satin luster.

This is approximately 15 1/4" x 9 1/8" and 1 1/4" thick. It weighs a little more than 4 pounds.
