I simply cannot afford the shipping, It is kinda heavy and it is never used, and the flash light is a good brand, so 4.00 for shipping isn't too awful. So I apologize I am asking that I get paid every two weeks I use my grocery money to ship out the items and I just spent 40.00 out of my budget to send things, Most of the time where I can I ship out free, but I am out of my grocery money so I am asking for the shipping 4.00 isn't a bad fee for being safe at night is it?
