Or cause it is 12 oz, you can also ship what is called First Class Parcel post, anything 13 oz or less can be shipped this way, if you use a Small padded envelope to keep it under 13 oz, and it would cost EXACTLY $4.21 at local post office, but if you printed label thru paypal shipping is paid then it would only cost $3.60 EXACTLY that includes postal cost and delivery confirmation/tracking. So on average between Priority Mail, First Class at postal office, and First Class online printed on an average amount you can ship this for $4.26. Cool part if you print postal online you can save a trip/gas to the postal office. And delivery confirmation online is only 0.19 instead of 0.80 at postal office. And you can find 2 pack of padded envelopes at Dollar Tree for $1.00 meaning it would only cost 0.50 for the envelope. Minus paypal fee, which depending on account, mine is 0.10 to the 1.00 So if I was to ship this I could ship it total cost to me, $4.50 after supplies, postage, and paypal fee.....Just an FYI on this, maybe yours not sure on the shipping guides for items, so figured I would give input as you are sorda over charging this item by almost $2.00 which in the end, this sorda of item on eBay only goes for about $2.00 means you would get an extra $2.00 from shipping the "worth" of the item, PLUS the credits from the bidding. i know its going into a 6x9 bubble envelope and then going into a small flat rate box then mailed out to whoever the box is $5 on paypal its in the envelope to eliminate
