this auction is a relist n the person that won never resopned 2 winning!!!! after 2 weeks of me repeatably asking her 4 her address i got no resopnce!!!! so after 15 days i messaged her n told her......its beedn 15 days n i have no adress 2 send this 2 !!! so there4 i am gonna relist.....but i looked 2 c if she had logged in 2 listia n she did a few times n still never responded to my message!! so finally when i told her its been 15 days n she saw that i re-listed it she messaged me!!!! of course!! she sed she had a tragedy in her family that's y she hasn't gotten bk 2 me:( she sed she sent her address but listia was having probs... @ the x so it didn't go thrw. and still did ask 4 a refund or give me her address!!!!! so.....now she disputing me and wants a refund of credits!!!! which i have no problem doing :) but... inst there a rule through listia if the winner doesn't reply w/in a certain amount of time there's is no refund and u can re-list it???

yes it is 7 day limit. Listia won't rule in her favor if she files a dispute for a refund. you did what you were supposed to (:

thanx sweetie:) i hope nt !!! cause then she will leave me negative f~!bk!!!! and i don't deserve that!!!! i waited 15 days from the ending of the auction after leveling her 7 messages asking 4 a address!!!! so...after no reply i re listed... then when she saw that i was gonna re list it, that's when she filed a dispute!!!!! REALLY!!
