I met my best friend here in listia and she's from Canada which I had never shipped there before until her. We ship items back and forth to each other all the time :)
I also sell makeup on Facebook and I charge shipping fees but I make clear that my shipping includes Canada :)

Right now you can not refuse to ship an item, to someone who chooses to not ship to Canada. Listia is not set up that way, You have every right to block users, but if someone from the US wins on of your auctions, who just so happens to not ship outside of the US. You may not refuse to ship to the winner. You can after the transaction is completed and you have delivered the item, block the user from future transactions. That is it. Hope this information helps.

That really does make me happy~ it's really unfair that people won't do it-~ happened to me again today~ seller said "I can't make a label thru PayPal for Canada" but in reality, I'm thinking the shipping was too much and she doesn't want to pay cause you can print a shipping label for Canada through PayPal-I do it every day for the U.S.
