Well, I have a similar SwimDress and I tried wearing it with a pair of shorts. I could wear the suit with the skirt out, but to be perfect honest, it looked kind of silly. I would probably recommend tucking in the skirt, it depends upon your personal style. I hope that answers your question. If you have any more questions, I'll try to answer them as best as possible! I'm up to 14-15 in jeans & L-XL in tops but usually a loose large works. 36-38C up top. Never been this big. So hard to find cute clothes. Starting diet&work out after trying on some clothes today. Ugh!

From the details that you mentioned, I think that this SwimDress would most likely fit you quite well AND its a super pretty bathing suit!! In addition to the colorful tropical design, the detailed fit is super flattering and slimming!
