Yes, another successful raid on the Old Bat's jewelry cabinet....and I managed to snatch some great stuff for my buds on Listia! Hoo Ray for me....and Hoo Ray for you!!!

This piece is the prize of the lot!! IT just doesn't get any more gorgeous than this. From Austria! Truly vintage piece! It's marked AUSTRIA, and also marked with some type of crown looking symbol. There are 13 diamond crystals, 14 light blue crystals, and 2 deep blue crystals. It's 2" top to bottom, and 1 1/4" in diameter. It is a pinback! The stones are beautifully alive....fantastic clarity and sparkle. It hasn't been cleaned in a long time, so it could a good soak. There's no apparent damage of any kind! You don't find a piece of vintage costume jewelry like this every day! This is YOUR chance to own it!

Well.....she may miss it....and hit me with a stick later....but the deal is this - we are at an age where this "stuff" doesn't seem as necessary as when we were younger. We're just trying to pass it on to someone who will continue to enjoy it. I've relinquished all my collections (except my stamps) over the past year. She's finally realized it's the best thing to do, so she's doing the same thing. My dear Old Bat.......God love her!
